Department of Science and Technology in India has issued R&D calls on Smart Grid project and Off Grid projects in India. Call is targeting Indian institutions in collaboration with at least one Mission Innovation country (Norway included). Targeting researchers/industry/others. Deadline extended to September 30th. 2017.
