On the 17th February NICCI’s Friday Social was all about the magic of Bollywood; bar, pop-corn, spicy Bombay-mix and Indian finger food -not to mention the screening of the movie “PK”. More than 40 people got into the Bollywood mood in Oslo.
The venue for the event was Oslo International House, Oscars gate 27, Oslo.
This after work event was organized by NICCI, Bollywood Festival Norway and Oslo International House.

Norway-India business: are there untapped opportunities for Norway-India cooperation in film-making? The event was a soft introduction to a film business seminar that will be co-organized with the Bollywood Festival Norway in September 2017.
PK is a 2014 Indian satirical science fiction comedy film. It tells the story of an alien who comes to Earth on a research mission. He befriends a television journalist and questions religious dogmas and superstitions.
The film was directed by Rajkumar Hirani, produced by Hirani and Vidhu Vinod Chopra, and written by Hirani and Abhijat Joshi. The film stars Aamir Khan in the title role with Anushka Sharma, Sushant Singh Rajput, Boman Irani, Saurabh Shukla, and Sanjay Dutt in supporting roles.
